Turn on remote mail in plesk

Hello

we have already disabled domain in smarter mail and also disable mail service for this domain.

when we try to send test mail we are getting error messages

Now the server are trying to deliver the email internally so is there any way we can turn on remote mail delivery for this domain so mail deliver directly into inbox rather that searching for domain locally.
we are getting following error when we try to send mails.

Reason: The recipient does not exist

Spamassassin not show

Hi,
On plesk 12.5.30 for windows, i've installed spamassassin component but under tool & setting - Mail menu does not appear "spam and filtering" tab.
Try to restart service, server, check component and disk, repair, no success.
Anyone have any suggestion?

Hi

I purchased Kaspersky but kept getting errors etc. with it. I then decided to purchase under addons in plesk shop for current Plesk for Windows Licence where I noticed there wasa 2 new bundled options available.

So I purchased the bundle Odin Premium with Magic SPam and tried to install magic spam. But do not see it available in extension catalog for Plesk for windows 12.5?

Am I missing something?

Seems when we create a second hosting plan for a client they cannot login with the second hosting package username and password.

They need to use the first plesk account username and password they purchased?

Any reason why? or did we do something wrong?

Plesk Migration smartermail password issue

I am Migrating server from plesk 12.5 to 12.5. but when i migrate the domains to new server the email server users are not able to login to smartermail, it's say password incorrect. i checked the passwords and i found the smartermail is restoring the old passwords, when the users use the password to create email id's from plesk.

Please help me.

When you create a new hosting for a new client in WHMCS, it appears to register that username and password both for the subscription hosting account and the customer in plesk. When you setup a new order in WHMCS for another domain, it generates a new username and password for that user for the subscription/hosting account.

Unable to load a .asp website [HELP!]

Hi Plesk community,

I would need your help with this error 500 i am receiving, the website is made in .asp 2.0, i had some ms sql errors but i managed to fix it, we are still not able to load anything in the preview, the logs do not seem to help us find the specific issue. would you guys be able to help to find a solution?

we are also getting another error in the asp.net settings of the domain after changing .net from 4 to 2.0 in the application pools of the website:

[FIX] Mailenable connect and send but not list

Webmail work fine.

When I try to setup in outlook or mobile not work.

The app said: connect with server and port , but not list folders or mails.

Plesk: 12.5.30
Version: 27

Whit last version all work.

What can I do? No error or number appear. I turn off plesk firewall and windows firewall and not fix.

Hi, having a problem with Application pool plesk 12.5 newly installed on a windows 2012R2 installation.

Tried all the articles to fix is but if i start the application pool and try to access the panel the pool gets disabled again.

Tried the following solutions:

My website has a left sidebar, for which I want to change the position from relative to fixed (so that it is always visible, also if you scroll down in the main section).

I can not login.

I recently purchased VPS from goddady. I want to deploy Dot Net application on this VPS. So i required MS SQL server 2014 to store my data. I successfully installed MS SQL server 2014 on my plesk. Hi All,

I recently bought a elastic windows server and it came with plesk control panel. I tried to deploy my asp.net MVC application, in the process my asp.net settings from the pleskcontrol panel has broken. Following is the message i get from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\logs php_error file;

Plesk and IIS password synchronization issue

Hi,

I have a site which is hosted at dailyrazor.com on Windows Server and which uses Plesk.

Recently for no apparent reason, and after no changes were made to my site, the server started rejecting requests with a 401 - Unauthorized error. When I contacted Daily Razor support they pointed me to this knowledge base article

and maintain that it is Plesk which is changing either the IIS or Control Panel password on its own for no good reason twice...
